SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our packages out via DHL. Priority shipping within Nigeria will cost ₦2,100. Express Shipment within Nigeria is ₦3,500. Orders will ship within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships depending on their destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.
EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
All express Shipments are processed by 12 pm (West Central Time). Once an express shipment is placed please contact us to verify that we have received your request.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
D’Unique Beauty is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.
OUR RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best products. The items must be mailed for exchange in their original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered.
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange.
To Exchange:

- Ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt
